The Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Workouts Section of Hyman Lippitt has substantial experience in handling complex commercial bankruptcy and reorganization matters. Our legal services in this area include debtor and trustee representation, bankruptcy litigation, creditors' rights representation, creditors' committee representation, purchaser representation and disposition of assets requiring bankruptcy court intervention. Consistent with the international nature of part of the firm's practice, this department has been involved in restructuring matters involving assets in various jurisdictions and involving complex issues of conflicts of law and jurisdiction.
