Employment & Labor Law

Our lawyers handle all matters relating to labor and employment law. Our experience in this complex area includes assisting clients in employment and wrongful discharge disputes, compensation and contract matters, labor relations and collective bargaining negotiations and harassment claims. We also assist clients in all aspects of the employee benefits area from advising clients regarding the Employee Retirement Security Act of 1974, commonly known as ERISA, as well as other applicable federal and state labor and insurance laws, to assisting in the design, establishment, administration and termination of executive compensation, stock option, welfare and retirement programs. We regularly represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor and many state agencies.
