Mr. O'Keefe is a shareholder, director, and a founding member of the Firm. He is currently the supervising attorney of Hyman Lippitt, P.C.'s Transactional, Real Estate, Business and Personal Planning Law Departments.

Mr. O'Keefe represents local, regional and national entities in general business and corporate matters, including formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and dissolutions. He represents lenders, borrowers and developers in sophisticated real estate transactions. In addition, he represents individuals and entities in business and personal planning matters. Mr. O'Keefe has focused his practice in recent years in the area of venture capital financing where, among other things, he provides on-going representation to the Princeton Capital Fund, L.L.C.

His professional memberships include the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization of Michigan and The Manresa Retreat House. Mr. O'Keefe has been given the highest ranking of AV by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
