Mr. Hyman is the firm's head of the Labor and Employment Law Department. Mr. Hyman concentrates his practice in Labor and Employment Law and Commercial Litigation. He represents businesses and individual clients in all aspects of commercial law.
Mr. Hyman received his B.A. from the University of Arizona and his J.D., with distinction, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
He is a member of the Oakland County and American Bar Associations (Sections on Labor Relations and Employment) and the State Bar of Michigan. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Hyman is also a frequent lecturer on the defense of housing discrimination cases.
