Ms. Kosovec is a shareholder in the Litigation Department and joined the Firm in 1999. She concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation. Her areas of litigation expertise include shareholder disputes, employment law, construction law and real estate litigation.
Ms. Kosovec earned her J.D., cum laude , from Wayne State University and is a recipient of the 1994 Silver Key Academic Excellence Award. She received her B.A. in Employment Relations with honors, from Michigan State University.
She is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, and the Negligence and Litigation Section of the State Bar of Michigan. She is also a member of the American Inns of Court, Oakland County Chapter, and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, Oakland County Chapter.
Her reported cases include Bazinau v. Mackinac Island Carriage Tours , 233 Mich. App. 743; 593 NW2d 219 (1999).
