Lawrence S. Flaggman concentrates his practice in real estate, commercial and corporate transactional legal matters. Mr. Flaggman began his career in private practice, representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of real estate, commercial transactions and litigation matters. Mr. Flaggman has also served as corporate counsel for real estate investment, development, management and brokerage entities, where he has engaged in sophisticated acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing transactions.

Mr. Flaggman earned his Bachelors degree with high honor in Political Science/Public Administration from Michigan State University. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
