Mr. Sellers is a partner in the firm's Transactional Law Department. Mr. Sellers' principal areas of practice include securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial real estate and commercial transactions. He counsels clients in all strategic decisions including debt and equity finance, contract negotiation, business combinations and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Sellers has structured asset-based loan facilities, securities offerings and a wide range of business ventures, including venture capital funds, real estate syndications, e-commerce ventures and manufacturers.
Mr. Sellers received his B.S. from Wayne State University and his J.D. from the University of Detroit, cum laude
. He was a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society and the Justice Frank Murphy Honor Society and served as Managing Editor of the University of Detroit Law Review. Mr. Sellers is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan (Sections on Business Law; Real Property Law; Taxation; Mortgages and Related Security Devises Subcommittee of the Real Property Law Section). Mr. Sellers is a Life Member of The National Registry of Who's Who.
